Not shown on this page graphically, but still a part of the 1988 Mighty Tonka line-up, are the #4902 Motorized Mighty Tonka Dump and #4909 Motorized Mighty Tonka Tow Truck. The #3901 and #3909 shown above, are identical except the motorized version included the #4010 Mighty Power Kit. The #3909 Mighty Tow truck was new in 1988. Note the black tow truck bed only used in 1988 and 1989. In 1990, the tow truck bed was changed to yellow. If you ever consider purchasing a #3909, make sure the red "lights" are attached. They are almost always missing. |
