About Celtic Crazy

This is a tribute site to Celtic Football Club which was started in April 2001. Feel free to use the forms throughout the site or the guestbook to add your comments. If you feel you can contribute in any way, get in touch. Although the site believes firmly in making fun of Rangers and having a laugh about West of Scotland attitudes it does not encourage or condone bigotry, although it may err on the side of political incorrectness. Have a look at what's on offer. Come back regularly as new items are frequently being added.

The Downloads section contains pictures, sounds and lyrics of tunes. Some of the pictures are wallpapers. Particularly popular are Hotbar skins. These are pictures that act as a background to the normally grey part of your browser on a Celtic theme. You first have to download the Hotbar toolbar which is quite a useful customisable utility for searching the web. I have produced the hotbar skins but in many cases have used wallpapers and pictures I have found on other sites as a resource. I don't intend to pass off anyone's art work as my own, so if you see your work on the site I will be happy to give you due credit.

The Tips section is targetted at Windows users and it teaches you how to make Celtic e-mails, insert Celtic sounds as PC sound events and to replace the startup and shutdown screens with Celtic pictures. I've also included a page about virus information linked to the Trend site.

The Interactive section has a Larsson quiz, occasionally a poll and features a caption competition. A section of the site invites you arty people to upload Crazy Pics to be displayed on the site. Pics must be gif or jpeg format and less than 1 megabyte in size. In this section you can join my mailing list (still to impement this) in which I'll tell you about developments in the site and any interesting communications I get from visitors. I will not pass on e-mail addresses or attempt to sell you anything. Any adverts you see come from 100megsfree3 (who give me free hosting) or Bravenet (who provide web services - like mailing list etc.)

The Features section contains match reports and comment. Some of our reports from home games have original pictures which capture the atmosphere (if not the action). Some comedy stuff and other articles will be found in this section. The Gossip page has funny stories I have heard or have been sent about Scottish football personalities as well as witty comment on the football media.

The Links button contains Celtic and football links. In the future I intend to review the sites. Some links are reciprocal enabling my link to be placed on other sites to spread the word about Celtic Crazy.
